No Guarantee of Employment or PAVE Approval: Enrollment in, completion of, or certification from the Guided By Grace Doulas training program does not guarantee employment with Guided By Grace Doulas or any other entity, nor does it guarantee or imply automatic approval of your California PAVE (Provider Application and Validation for Enrollment) application by the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS). PAVE application approval and credentialing are determined solely by the State of California and respective Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) based on their own independent criteria, and Guided By Grace Doulas assumes no liability for application rejections or employment outcomes.
Fraudulent chargeback claims will be defended using server logs and timestamps as empirical evidence of fulfillment. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of services, digital portal access, community participation, and student privileges without prior notice and without refund or liability.
